If your child is attending part-time, you cannot change the attendance schedule and substitute the missed days.
The monthly payments are due regardless of a child's absence for any reason during the facility's normal operating time. For example, if a child's grandmother wants to care for the child for 2 weeks out of 4, you are still obligated to pay the full monthly fee.
Children with diarrhea, vomiting, fever, severe cough, constant runny nose, or any contagious diseases will not be allowed to attend in order to protect other children and staff. Children are required to stay at home until fully recovered (they must be free of symptoms for at least 24 hours before returning). For contagious illnesses or viruses, a doctor’s note will be required confirming that the illness poses no risk to others.
We require evidence of vaccination or a negative test result on the first day. If your child or any member of your household tests positive after enrollment, you are obligated to inform us so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
A one-month written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from our facility. If you need to withdraw immediately, you are still obligated to pay for the remaining days.

Holiday care may be available upon request and must be arranged in
advance with the provider.
